Another sad sad day.........

I scanned about 100 pictures of this Sergeant in the marines just now.

I've never felt so close to someone in the military as I just did now. Now I understand why there are announcements and people honoring the military/troops during games....hockey games.....

I scanned pictures of him when he was just a little baby up until recent. It's like as if I really knew him in real life....... seems like his life of 23 years just flashed in front of my eyes in 30 minutes. Only two years younger than me.............

Live the life....... the life you want when you can... you never know when the last day will be.

RIP Sergeant...... We will all miss you

Friendships

I don't get why girls always make everything so complicated................

I know she doesn't want to know how I really feel about her but too bad...... I told her. Now she can go be angry and even cry if she is that useless.

Waste of my time...... ugh....... thanks god work wasn't busy this morning =)

Big meeting coming up tomorrow w/the gov't. Gotta be here at work at 5am.... which means I have to goto bed at like 9pm .......YIKES man!

Hockey night last night was amazing!

I only watched the first two periods of the Caps game and passed out until....1am...realized I missed the Canucks game too.....UGH

I've been so tired and busy lately with work and my parents' work.....

Anyhow, let Friday to be another great day for HOCKEY!!!!!!!!! =D

This is the life I've always hoped for

Weather warmed up a lot over the weekend. It was about 80 degrees yesterday at one point.

Work has been slow all day......... and of course, Mondays always make me sleepy due to the odd sleep hours over the weekend.

After work, got home and walked the dogs and let them do their doo doo. Then we walked to a near by new ice cream shop, The Cone Zone. The pups and the mister waited outside while I got them ice cream in a waffle cone.

It was so relaxing walking back in the warm weather....eating ice cream... walking the dogs.....

This is the life what I have been hoping for............ that moment..... it felt so perfect!

Anyways, parents and brother get back today around 330pm. I gotta go pick them up from the airport. They've been away for about 2.5 weeks. I've trained my dogs where to pee and what to do in these weeks...... it's going to suck once they are back w/my parents again.... I'm going to miss them so much......

Gotta watch my co-worker's dog soon for 10 days.............

Weekend.....

Another boring weekend......... nothing really happened.....

Stayed home and hung out w/the dogs

Went bridesmaid dress shopping yesterday.... found one but the dress size is way too big!!

I'm thinking about getting a simple dress and put some bling on it .... what ya think! I want to add the pin and the black shoulder thingy.........

Cupcake is over rated

Cupcakes are the "in" things to eat and buy right now. I remember back in the days when one cupcake only cost about $2..... now the price goes up to $5. WTF? No matter how good it is.... it shouldn't cost that much. If you want a nice tasty cake then go buy a freaking CAKE! goodness......


OVER-RATED! And it's crazy how many cupcake shops are out there right now...... anyone can open up a cupcake shop.....seriously man
